The North Branch Water & Light Commission has officially merged with the City of North Branch.  Payments will now need to be payable to the City of North Branch.

The City of North Branch will be transitioning to a new software system and bill paying portal.  In the next couple of months, your bills may look slightly different with our new system.  The tentative transition date is April 1st, but we will give a notice when the portal is official.  Until this time, you can continue to pay as you have been.  When the bill paying portal is ready, everyone will receive a paper bill mailed to the billing address or physical property address on file.  For your protection, none of your personal information will transfer over to the new bill paying portal.  Therefore, you will need to log in once the site is completed and enter your mailing (ex. paperless or paper bills) and payment information (ex. auto pay with credit card or checking account).  If you currently receive your bill by mail and mail in or drop off a check in the drop box or city hall, nothing will change moving forward for you.
