Although there are many streetlights and security lights throughout North Branch, we do not provide service for all of the lights. Our electric service territory is on the east side of the interstate.
The easiest way to determine who to call when a streetlight or security light is out, is by knowing who your electric utility provider is. If you pay your electric bill to North Branch Water & Light, you would call us and if you pay your electric bill to East Central Energy you would call ECE at 800-254-7944.
